1. Provision of the Website

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer system. The data is stored for a maximum of 30 days to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.

Data collected:

  • Date and time of access
  • IP address of the user
  • Information about the browser type and version used

2. Web Analysis

We use the web analysis tool Matomo to analyze the usage of our website (privacy policy available at https://matomo.org/privacy-policy/). IP addresses are anonymized before analysis, so no personal evaluation occurs. The web analysis serves exclusively to optimize the website in terms of user-friendliness and to provide useful information about our services. No data is shared with third parties.

In addition to the data mentioned, Matomo uses “cookies” (see below).

3. Cookies

This website uses Real Cookie Banner, which sets a technically necessary cookie to save your cookie consent. No personal data is processed. If you wish to revoke your consent, simply delete the cookie in your browser.

5. Google Web Fonts

This site uses web fonts provided by Google to ensure a uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally; no connection to Google servers occurs.

6. Contact via Online Form & Email

If you fill out a contact form or send us an email, your information will be used only to process your request and will be deleted afterward.

7. Member Area

TAG Systems AG clients may access the password-protected member area. For this purpose, the email, username, and password are stored.

8. Wordfence

This site uses the Wordfence plugin for security purposes. The provider is Defiant, Inc., 800 5th Ave Ste 4100, Seattle, WA 98104, USA. The plugin protects the website from unauthorized access attempts and other illegal activities. IP addresses are stored but not transmitted to Defiant’s servers in the USA. Defiant has applied for EU-US Privacy Shield certification (as of June 6, 2018).

9. Cloudflare JS CDN

Our website uses Cloudflare JS CDN, a content delivery network provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to improve website speed and performance. Cloudflare servers may be located in countries outside the EEA. However, we have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with Cloudflare to ensure data protection, particularly regarding visitors’ IP addresses.

To our knowledge, Cloudflare JS CDN does not set cookies. Therefore, it does not appear in our cookie banner. We inform you about this service for transparency regarding third-party data processing.

10. Hosting

This website is hosted by TAG Systems AG. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers, such as IP addresses, contact requests, metadata, and communication data.

TAG Systems AG complies with GDPR requirements through appropriate technical and organizational security measures and follows our instructions for data processing.

III. Data Security

We use the TLS protocol with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser and additional technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Our security measures are continuously improved to ensure data protection.

IV. Your Rights (Data Subject Rights)

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. You can exercise your rights at any time by contacting us at the address provided.
